– JOHN MALONEY

A quantity surveyor by training, John has in excess of 32 years of comprehensive knowledge of the construction and property industries from private practice and construction companies. John has specialised in the field of capital allowances since 1989. During this time John has advised various clients on all facets of capital allowances covering both the acquisition and development of investment properties.

THE TEAM

– Surveyor ‘A’
A quantity surveyor by training, ‘A’ has 30 years of extensive experience in both private practice and the contracting industry. ‘A’ has specialised in the field of capital allowances for the last 14 of those years.
– Surveyor ‘B’
‘C’ is a chartered surveyor having qualified in 1981 and has been involved with capital allowances for 14 years gaining experience in most sectors of industry and commerce. ‘C’s particular area of expertise is in manufacturing and industrial plant and process equipment.
– Surveyor ‘C’
A chartered quantity surveyor has been involved in capital allowances for several years – specialises in mechanical services.
– Surveyor ‘D’
A chartered quantity surveyor for 30 years – specialises in mechanical and electrical installations
– Surveyor ‘E’
A chartered quantity surveyor for 25 years – specialises in mechanical and electrical installations.
